Seller's Checklist

Step 1

The first step to deciding whether or not you want to sell your home is to determine market value and look at your specific situation.

Step 2

Set up a time where I can tour your home and run a competitive market analysis of your property. This will give you an up to date analysis of your home’s value by looking at current listings and recent sales around your home.

Step 3

The next step would be to ask me to run you an estimated net sheet on your home. This will give you a great idea of what you will net in cash, or leave with, once the transaction is closed and all expenses are paid. This is a great way for you to help make your decision on if you really want to sell your home.

Step 4

After reviewing all the facts I'll give you some suggested listing prices for your home, but in the end I will list your home at the price you are most comfortable with.

Step 5

This is where we get your home in the best shape to list. I will usually assign a to do list such as doing odds and ends around the home to make it the most appealing to buyers. We will then get pictures and a description ready and then off we go!
